The process of preparing the MoU and Cooperation Agreement meets expectations. Continue the MoU and Cooperation Agreement process in line with partners’ expectations by ensuring openness and transparency in negotiations, providing clear information on requirements and benefits, and actively involving partners in the process. Review the MoU and Cooperation Agreement process to improve efficiency and clarity by simplifying procedures, creating clearer and more comprehensive templates, and improving coordination among internal parties involved in drafting agreements.
The Faculty of Science and Mathematics provides assistance for cooperation needs as expected. Provide adequate assistance according to partners’ needs through open and regular communication, routine meetings to monitor progress and needs, and by providing the required technical support and information. Review the assistance methods to improve quality and partner satisfaction by evaluating effectiveness, identifying partners’ specific needs, and improving the assisting team’s competencies and skills.

Continue implementing cooperation according to the agreed Cooperation Agreement through monitoring and oversight, fulfilling obligations and targets, and ensuring good coordination among involved parties. Strengthen supervision and monitoring mechanisms so implementation remains aligned with the Cooperation Agreement by improving reporting transparency, holding periodic evaluation meetings, and enhancing coordination and communication with partners.
Reporting of cooperation outcomes follows mutual agreement and applicable regulations. Optimize reporting of cooperation results in line with agreements and applicable rules by preparing clear, accurate, timely reports and ensuring they include all relevant information needed by partners. Evaluate and improve reporting processes to increase alignment and compliance with applicable rules by improving report formats and contents, simplifying reporting processes, and strengthening communication with partners to better understand their reporting needs and expectations.
We will continue cooperation in the coming years (as needed). Continue cooperation by ensuring long-term commitment and continuity through periodic performance evaluation, joint work plans for the coming years, and open communication about both parties’ needs and expectations.
